PPT is located at Arizona Lofts in Kirkwood. The entrance to the gym is on the ground floor, just off the sidewalk directly across from 200 Arizona Ave.

There is ample free street parking along Arizona Ave from the intersection with Rogers St. all the way down to the end of the road past the Inter Atlanta soccer fields. Arizona Lofts also maintains several designated guest spaces that we can access in extenuating circumstances.

We offer free workout towels, a water cooler, a selection of coffee options, and a clean, well-stocked bathroom with a shower for our clients.

We also have kitchen facilities, so don't be surprised if you walk in and smell cookies baking one day.

We understand that life happens. However, out of respect for our trainers' time, we do have a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made after 9pm the day before your scheduled session will be charged at the full session rate.

We often have people on the wait list, so notifying us ahead of time allows us the opportunity to fill open time slots.

No way! You paid for those sessions, and they are yours to use for life.

We do not allow sessions to be transferred to another person, however.

The only things you need are comfortable clothes/shoes and a payment method if you haven't paid in advance. Positive attitudes are encouraged but not mandatory.
