Located in the Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta, Peachtree Personal Training is a boutique private gym serving a diverse group of clients with a variety of goals. We pride ourselves in cultivating long term client relationships, bringing a positive attitude every day, and genuinely caring about what we do.

At PPT, our primary focus is helping you achieve your goals. Whether you want to get stronger, build muscle, lose weight, or simply live long and well, we have the expertise to help you succeed. It's also important to us that we have a great time in the process.

There is no denying the contagious energy experienced in group fitness classes. At PPT, group fitness is less about cardio and more about resistance training. We'll certainly break a good sweat, but you can expect to lift more weights than run for time on a treadmill.

Everyone has a unique relationship with nutrition, and there isn't a "right" answer. Whether your goal is to gain weight, lose weight, create healthy habits or something else entirely, we are here to provide expertise and accountability.
